Office Administration Clerk
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Part Time, On Call, Day
Salary: $17.50 Hourly for 30 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Whitehorse, Yukon Territory (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Work Setting: Provincial or territorial government
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: General office equipment, MS Word, Lotus 123, MS Excel, Accounting software, Database software, Internet browser
Typing (Words Per Minute): 0 - 40 wpm
Specific Skills: Compile, verify, record and process applications, licenses, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other forms and documents, Authorize and issue licenses, permits, registration papers, reimbursements or other material, Maintain inventory of office supplies, Order supplies and equipment, Prepare reports, Store, update and retrieve financial data, Organize and schedule office work, File documents
Security and Safety: Enhanced reliability security clearance
