Requirements: Degree / Diploma in IT. 3 Years IT experience. Microsoft Enterprise Services Experience e.g. MS-Exchange, MS-Windows Server, and Active Directory etc. VMware virtual server knowledge and expertise. Knowledge and expertise working with servers. Good understanding of general business processes. Working knowledge of Infrastructure IT Solutions and Services. Project Management ability. Problem solving and decision making ability. ITIL knowledge beneficial

Responsibility Duties: Support and maintain the company’s Enterprise Server Environment. Implement effective capacity/availability/patch/performance management across entire Server environment. Administer and support the company’s Active directory and Domain controllers. Administer and support the company’s Exchange Environment. Administer and support the company’s Virtual (VMWare) Server environment. Implementing small to medium sized IT solutions and services by analyzing requirements typically in the Microsoft Server Enterprise space. Perform incident and problem management across the entire server environment. Providing support for existing enterprise systems through effective maintenance and enhancements. Coordinating and controlling projects by monitoring all potential impacts and presenting clear and concise status reports (costs/timing/progress). Providing regular feedback to customers regarding the status and risks of projects in progress. Conducting infrastructural performance analysis and troubleshooting to ensure optimal running conditions of IT solutions and services in place
