Burson Auto Parts is one of the largest suppliers of automotive aftermarket parts in Australia and are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join the Waterloo team. About the role: This is a full time, permanent position and is available for an immediate start. Applicants are required to have demonstrated experience in automotive aftermarket sales, have excellent communication and teamwork skills, neat presentation and high level customer service. We provide excellent marketing and promotional material to help you generate sales.

The role’s responsibilities and duties will include: Customer relationship management, Networking, Upselling. Understanding sales budgets and their fit within store operations. Implement and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Some automotive parts sales, mechanical or workshop equipment experience would be a definite advantage. An excellent salary package is on offer, including a competitive base salary, growth incentives, super contributions, and use of company car. The role also presents great opportunity for further promotion.

Salary Range: Substantial retainer + Commission + Growth incentives + Super + Company Car + Mobile phone
