Due to continued growth, we now have an opportunity for a full time receptionist/administrator to join our fun and hardworking team in Villawood. If you're the team member we are looking for then you'll be friendly, conscientious, a team player, and have a passion for excellence in everything you do. You'll also be well presented and a fast learner.

Duties will include: Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries. Directing incoming emails and mail to appropriate employees. Organisation of Couriers. Maintaining stationery supplies and ordering stationery as necessary or requested.

Conducting PPSR checks on all vehicles and trailers and equipment as required (training provided). Providing auction day assistance including customer registrations. Providing ad hoc administrative assistance to our Auction Co-ordinator.

 Essential skills: At least 2 years' administration experience. High level written and verbal communication. Demonstrate an eye for detail. Strong computer/data entry skills. Customer service experience. Sydney. Parramatta & Western Suburbs. Only successful applicants will receive a response.
