Responsibilities: Support management by providing sales data, account analyses – Prepares monthly statements, Manage petty cash transactions. Reconciliation of Bank / Debtors / Creditors / Inventory. Posting of daily sales, purchase invoices. Responsible for payment follow ups, payment collection and bank transactions. Check if the items are in stock if not place orders. Receive weekly shipments. Call customers daily for requirements and provide quotes in a timely fashion. Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail.
