Team Support Officer, Gold Coast, Your new position. This is a part time job-share arrangement. Proposed working days are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday every week. Please note this position is available through to 20 December with possible extension. Reporting to the Manager, Operations Central Region we are looking for a candidate who can: Provide efficient administrative and operational support services to the Manager Operations Central Region and the broader team. Provide procurement and invoicing support, including raising purchase orders, receipting and raising invoices. Support the Operations Central Region Team in maintaining requirements and effective implementation of Seqwater’s business systems including safety, quality, environment, water and water quality and records management.

Maintain effective communication channels and excellent working relationships with other Groups within Seqwater and primary external contacts for the Operations Central Region Team. Provide an effective and professional interface with other groups and external organisations.

About you: To set you up for success in this role you will have: Comprehensive experience in administration, team support and personal assistant skills. Experience working with small operational teams in an operational environment. Demonstrated experience in establishing high levels of trust, integrity and responsibility in supporting the work of senior managers. Advanced Microsoft Office skills using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

This position has been graded in accordance with Seqwater's EBA as an AO4 with a salary of $74,418.09 (pro rata part time salary $44,650.85) plus up to 12.75% superannuation.
