Female Administration Executive required for a company in Al Mankhool, Bur Dubai, close to Burjuman Mall metro station.
Candidates with minimum 2 years working experience on father / husband’s sponsorship only will be considered for this position.
Minimum qualification required is a graduate with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Computer knowledge and MS Office applications is essential.
Job responsibilities include general administration duties like order processing, email correspondence with customers and vendors, shipment coordination, increasing sales channels globally, etc. Basic knowledge of Accounts / Quickbooks will be an advantage.
Salary Aed 3,000 per month all-inclusive. Probation period 3 months with a review after 6 months. Annual leave of 30-days will be provided with an air ticket once every 2 years. Working days – Sun to Thu, 9 am to 6pm & Sat 9 am to 2 pm.
