This well established manufacturing company, based in Ottery, is seeking an HR Partner to assist and be part of the HR/Operations function of the company.  Previous exposure in a manufacturing company is preferable as well as 5 years general HR experience including Payroll exposure.  A good knowledge of Labour relations is a must have!

Essential Job Functions: Day-to-Day HR administration and queries, Completion and submission of Employment Equity reports. Skills development including WSP/ATR Submission. Assisting with recruitment function. Payroll information submission. All Third-party payroll payments. EMP501 submission and reconciliation. Overseeing and assisting with all staff benefits. Drafting employment contracts. Submission and follow up of WCA claims and submission of Return of earnings. Assist with Disciplinary functions including warnings,counselling and hearings, Staff counselling and guidance. HR Projects.

The incumbent must demonstrate a high level of skill for: Customer and Service relations. Planning and organizing. Meeting targets and deadlines. Good judgment and analytical ability. Accuracy and attention to detail. Problem-Solving.
