Bachelor’s or equivalence certification in customer service or administration is preferred.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and appointment scheduling systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and the Arabic language.
