You'll need to be energetic, driven, and wanting to establish a solid career path with a vibrant and close-knit Finance Broking Team. You will also possess an understanding of the need to create and maintain long-lasting ties with clients, as well as a desire for constant and never-ending improvement in all aspects of our business. Additionally, you will want to help market directly to the national medical association (4,500 members) with whom we have a partnership & referral arrangement

The positions on offer can be either full-time or part-time.

To be eligible for this role, we need you to have:

Minimum 2 years' experience in residential mortgage and/or finance broking (commercial and EF)

Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broker or equivalent as a minimum requirement

Very good organizational and time management skills, managing multiple loan applications at once

Strong and confident communication skills (written and verbal) with a pleasant phone manner

Excellent literacy, numerical, and research skills

A strong customer focus

High motivation with the ability to work autonomously

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Professional presentation

A sense of humour, a love of coffee, and a real sense of “team-play”

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional customer services in a timely and professional manner

Receiving and processing client enquiries for finance from application to settlement

Compilation of loan files, ensuring compliance requirements met

Experience with the Connective "Mercury" platform will be viewed favourably, but it is not essential
