Sales Representatives/Consultants (Sales)

The ideal person for this job will be committed, reliable, and enjoy working in a team environment. Experience in the pool/spa industry and water chemistry would be advantageous.

HOURS: Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm and every 3rd Saturday 10am to 2pm.

Your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Sales/Monitoring sales mailbox.

Running the day-to-day activities of a busy shop.

Invoicing and quoting.

Purchasing equipment and materials for pool/spa installs.

Performing water tests for customers/water chemistry knowledge.

Providing advice to customers regarding their pool and spa needs.

Booking in and coordinating service jobs and site inspections.

Maintain stock levels/inventory control.

Keep the store clean and tidy.

Other ad hoc duties as required.

The successful applicant will possess:

Sales administration experience, a mature outlook, and computer literacy.

Be a team player who can also work autonomously.

Consistent attention to detail.

Be a good communicator at all levels, with strong oral and written presentation.

Be aware of identifying customer needs and be customer responsive.

Be able to prioritize tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
