About the Role

Manage the day-to-day operations of a student residence facility, ensuring the delivery of a safe and supported service for years 11 and 12 students living away from home to complete their studies. The role will provide leadership and support to facility staff who are responsible for the engagement, safeguarding, well-being, and supervision of residents, subsequently building the self-esteem, resilience, capacity, and engagement of all student residents and ensuring their success in the completion of their studies.

Period of Appointment

Ongoing—ASAP start date

Applicants should be aware that for twelve (12) months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill any subsequent full-time or part-time vacancies in accordance with Employment Direction 1.

Hours per fortnight

73.5 hours per fortnight

Essential Requirements

Current Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Registration Status – Employment)

Desirable Requirements

A current driver’s licence
