About you

Calvary North Adelaide Hospital are seeking enthusiastic Registered and Enrolled Nurses with a desire and passion to become part of the dynamic Peri-operative team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of skilled staff with a culture to support and develop your skills in Peri-operative Nursing.

The Registered/Enrolled Nurse is responsible for providing safe, effective and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. We provide high quality and personalised care for our patients and care for our staff with flexible work hours and further education opportunities. What you bring

Recent and relevant acute pre, intra and post-operative surgical experience

Current AHPRA registration

Strong organisation and prioritisation skills

A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to engage with all members of the health care team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and leadership qualities

Time management & organizational skills

Participate actively in Quality Improvement projects

Sound computer skills

Problem solving skills & ability to manage change.

Accountability for delivering a high standard of care to all patients

Flexibility to work in all areas of the Peri-operative area.
