The Opportunity
We are seeking qualified and passionate heavy diesel mechanics, light vehicle mechanics, or experienced crane technicians ready to take their careers further. What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct mechanical maintenance and repairs on mobile cranes (Franna, Tadano, Liebherr)
Perform diagnostics and fault-finding (hydraulic, electrical, mechanical)
Workshop-based and optional field service (Perth metro, regional WA, offshore, international)
Assist with new builds, refurbishments, and site commissioning
Contribute to a collaborative team while mentoring junior mechanics and apprentices
Lead by example with safety, quality, and work ethic
What We’re Looking For
Cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle or Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
2+ Years’ Experience in mechanical or crane-related service roles
Hydraulics & Electrical Diagnostics Knowledge
Valid Driver's Licence (HR desirable)
Strong Communication & Team Leadership Skills
Basic IT Skills – Microsoft Outlook proficiency; ServiceM8 experience ideal
Willingness to travel (regional, offshore, or internationally if desired)
Franna, Tadano, Liebherr, Grove, and Zoomlion crane experience highly desirable—but we’re happy to upskill the right person
