Your New Role

As a recruitment consultant, you will play a key role in our expanding business. You'll work with experienced recruiters to source high-quality candidates for our long-term clients. You will be well supported by our managing director as you build quality client relationships within the engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors.

You’ll also benefit from targeted marketing and branding campaigns, designed to amplify your presence in the market and establish your profile as a trusted recruitment expert.

As a 360 recruiter, you will also secure new business through confident and capable value-add propositions for clients and candidates.

You will:

Manage full-cycle recruitment from brief to placement

Manage key client accounts

Build and expand your candidate network offering consultative support

Use your industry knowledge to develop and maintain repeat and new business

Achieve and exceed recruitment targets

Source top candidates using a variety of tools and platforms

Establish high-quality talent pools and conduct thorough interviews

Represent the business at networking events and client meetings

Attend client visits across Sydney

Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

Your Background:

Proven success as a high-performing Recruitment Consultant

Knowledge of the engineering, manufacturing, or Construction industry is desirable

A natural people person with strong networking skills

Skilled in client relationship management and negotiations

Ambitious and client-focused with a strong work ethic

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality

Current driver's license
