You’ll work directly with management, help make high-level decisions, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our install division.

About the Role

You’ll lead a small install team across ducted, split, VRF, and cassette systems, taking ownership from rough-in to fit-off. This is your chance to step up into leadership, grow with a business that backs its people, and be treated like the pro you are.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and managing install jobs—from pre-site prep to final fit-off

Installing ducted, split, VRF, and cassette air conditioning systems

Managing a small install team and mentoring apprentices

Collaborating with project managers and office staff

Ensuring top-quality workmanship and adherence to standards

Problem-solving on the fly and taking initiative on-site

Playing an active role in improving our install processes and decision-making

You’ve got experience across ducted, split, cassette, and VRF systems

You’re ready to step into a role with more responsibility and purpose

Requirements:

Valid driver’s licence

Refrigeration handling licence (ARCtick)

Construction White Card

Proven Aircon installation experience

Ability to lead and manage a small team

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
