About the role

All Degrees is a small family-owned business that’s growing and looking to build a great team.

We focus on quality work that we can stand behind, and we take pride in what we do. Right now, we’re looking for a qualified refrigeration and air conditioning technician to join us.

We cover a bit of everything, but a large part of our work is reverse cycle split system and ducted installations. If you’re confident with the tools and enjoy variety in your week, this could be the right fit.

What you’ll be doing

Installing split systems and ducted air conditioning

Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns

Carrying out general servicing and preventative maintenance

Completing the occasional coolroom install or repair

Looking after clients with a professional and down-to-earth approach

Most jobs are residential with some light commercial work.

What we’re after

Qualified refrigeration and air conditioning technician

ARCtick licence

Restricted Electrical licence

WA driver’s licence

Someone who takes pride in their work and gets the job done properly

Good communicator who can work independently and as part of a team

Ability to offer your experience to a learning apprentice (2nd Year)
