What would a typical month look like?

This is more than just a “tick-the-box” role; it’s your chance to truly contribute to our client's and team's success. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:

Manage accounts payable & receivable with precision.

Conduct bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy every step of the way.

Oversee payroll & SGC compliance, month-end processes, and balance sheet analysis.

Take on IAS & BAS preparation and year-end processing—making a real difference to clients and our team.

If you’ve got the experience, the motivation, and the drive, this could be the role for you.

We want to hear from you if you have:

3+ years in bookkeeping in a public practice setting.

3+ years in Xero payroll

Solid knowledge in payroll, BAS, IAS, TPAR, payroll tax returns, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Xero expertise (experience with other cloud platforms is a bonus).

Strong reconciliation skills, end-to-end AP/AR experience, and a proactive approach to client relationships.
