Proven experience in premium hospitality—restaurants, bars, or events

A strong sense of leadership, integrity, and care for others

Passion for Middle Eastern flavours, wine, and storytelling through food

An eye for detail and the ability to deliver polished yet human service

Comfort in fast-paced environments—with a calm, collaborative mindset

A drive to keep learning and growing in a values-led culture
