Hannaford Eyewear is the 2022 and 2024 Australian Small Business Champion Awards winner. We are located in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW and have a casual position available (16-24 hours per week) for a person with experience in medical or allied health professional practice administration and sales assisting. Those without experience are welcome to apply and must be a fast learner to manage the role well.
The ideal applicant will need to be highly motivated with great communication skills, an eye for detail and customer service skills.
Key responsibilities include:
• Administration duties
• Cash handling
• Medicare and HICAPS claiming
• Data entry
• Record management
• Handling and directing enquiries
• Sundries ordering and stock control
• Invoicing and credit management
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
• Problem solving skills
• Organisational and planning skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to handle complaints and queries in a professional and helpful manner
• Professionalism and excellence in communications
