We are seeking an experienced and trade-qualified site supervisor to take charge of operations across our remedial construction sites. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site delivery, including programming, logistics, materials, safety, resourcing, quality assurance, and on-site administration.

About the Role

The Site Supervisor will:

Coordinate all daily site activities and manage subcontractors and trades. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. Conduct daily prestart meetings and facilitate weekly toolbox talks. Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and site documentation. Review and interpret plans and specifications, Complete incident reports and quality checks in line with company procedures. Monitor materials and resources to align with project schedules. Collaborate with project managers and contribute to performance reviews

Essential Criteria

Trade qualified in carpentry or a related building trade, Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry, with experience in remedial or structural work highly regarded, Proven leadership and team supervision skills, Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation, Strong understanding of remedial construction methods, building codes, and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal, Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Project, Outlook, Word, and Excel, Ability to oversee multiple project sites or phases concurrently, Current and valid Driver’s Licence
