Data Administrator Full-time | Lidcombe NSW
Here’s why you’ll want to join us:
You’ll be part of a friendly and experienced team that’s passionate about using data to make a real difference.
You’ll play a key role in improving how we use our CRM systems, creating efficiencies and better insights for fundraising campaigns.
We’re a not-for-profit, so everything we do is invested back into supporting people living with multiple sclerosis (MS) and other neurological conditions.
You’ll have opportunities to get involved in some of Australia’s most exciting fundraising initiatives—either as a participant or volunteer.
Most importantly, the work you do will help change lives. Our clients regularly tell us how our services have helped them become more independent, social, and empowered.
About the role
As a Data Administrator, you’ll support the Data Manager to deliver accurate, timely, and meaningful data services that underpin our fundraising efforts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Processing donations, event records, and gift batches, and ensuring everything reconciles.
Maintaining and improving the integrity of our CRM databases (starting with Blackbaud RENXT and possibly Salesforce in the future).
Running data integrity checks, cleansing processes, and coaching users on best practices.
Creating and maintaining import profiles and helping with integrations between systems.
Producing reports and dashboards, working closely with the data manager to enhance insights.
Providing helpdesk support, training, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors.
About you
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have experience with fundraising CRM systems (ideally The Raiser’s Edge or Salesforce).
Have strong Excel skills and can manipulate data confidently.
Bring experience in donation processing, database administration, and creating complex queries or reports.
Are familiar with Power BI and dashboard-style reporting.
Have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy maintaining clean, accurate data.
Are you a problem-solver who can work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player?
Ideally, have experience in a not-for-profit setting and knowledge of fundraising or direct marketing (preferred but not essential).
Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check are required for this role.
Why work with us?
This is a full-time role based in Lidcombe. As a not-for-profit, we offer:
Salary packaging (so you can take home more pay).
Flexible working arrangements.
Birthday leave, parental leave, purchased leave, and discounted private health insurance.
A values-driven culture where creativity, expertise, and community matter.
