Maybe 2 to 4+ years as an adviser or supporting a senior adviser?

Ideally someone with 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services Support

We have an outstanding opportunity for a review advisor/newly qualified advisor to join a well-regarded boutique practice with a strong track record of client success. This role involves managing a substantial existing book of long-standing clients while continuing to deliver high-quality, personalized advice.

You’ll step into a collaborative environment with excellent back-office support, allowing you to focus on strategic advice and deepening client relationships. The firm values integrity, transparency, and empowering clients to make informed financial decisions.

Someone looking to run their own book of clients

Build and Manage Client Portfolios

Handle established client base and conduct reviews on investments, tax, superannuation, and wealth solutions.

Develop Personalized Strategies

Review and implement plans using market analysis and risk management expertise.

Collaborate on Team Initiatives

Work with advisors on advice delivery, case reviews, and client strategies.

Stay Ahead in the Industry

Research markets and regulations for innovative, compliant advice.

Grow Your Expertise

Receive mentoring and training for skill-building and senior role progression.

Requirements, Recent financial planner qualification (e.g., CFP) and basic advisory experience preferred; analytical and interpersonal skills.
