As a leading commercial law firm in Australia, this practice is home to more than 800 skilled professionals providing top-tier legal services nationwide.

This position is to work on high-profile litigation and insolvency matters, acting for liquidators, receivers, administrators, and bankruptcy trustees on a wide range of cases. You’ll also defend directors and company officers in ASIC investigations and enforcement proceedings.

Beyond insolvency, your role will involve diverse commercial litigation, including

Contract disputes

Banking & Finance Disputes

Fraud claims

Property disputes

Joint venture conflicts

Shareholder disputes

Breaches of directors’ and fiduciary duties

No two days will be the same and you’ll tackle complex legal challenges across multiple practice areas.

We’re seeking a driven and ambitious lawyer with 5+ years’ PAE in litigation and insolvency, ideally with experience across the key areas mentioned.
