About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented project administrator to support the successful delivery of UPA’s capital works program.
Working closely with the Head of Capital Works, you’ll provide high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Provide efficient administrative support across the capital works program
Coordinate documentation, reporting, compliance and project timelines
Act as a central point of communication for project stakeholders
Support progress tracking, milestone management and reporting
Manage low-value, low-risk, and low-complexity capital works projects under guidance
Maintain and improve project systems, workflows and document control
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction, trades, or a related field
At least 3 years’ experience in project administration, coordination or a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and project tools such as Microsoft Project, Aconex, UniPhi or Celoxis
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with the ability to build strong relationships
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
Desirable
Experience in aged care, healthcare, retirement living or related sectors such as residential, hospitality or community infrastructure
Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
