Our client is seeking a highly experienced occupational therapist to support adults living with acquired or traumatic brain injuries, neurodegenerative and/or neurodiverse conditions.
Based in Brisbane, they provide community-based therapy, helping clients achieve greater independence and improved quality of life
Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, and the start date is flexible.
Salaries from $110,000 to $123,000 + Super
Adult Caseload based in community settings with WFH for admin & central space for in-person team meetings
50/50 split of caseload to managerial responsibilities—support clients and service development
Your Role:
You will support a caseload of 12-13 adult clients across the week in their home or community settings, providing occupational support and equipment prescription when necessary.
In addition to your caseload responsibilities, you will:
Provide clinical education to the team on your areas of skill and passion
Provide supervision and support to team members
Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal certification requirements and complete required training promptly
Contribute to quality improvement activities with support from the Director's guidance
Assist in identifying growth opportunities and expanding services
Introduce and implement new practices and technologies to enhance care delivery

Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Minimum 5 years postgraduate experience preferred
AHPRA registration
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Driver's license and own vehicle
