We are seeking a qualified and experienced carpenter to join our growing team, delivering high-quality residential and commercial repairs, maintenance, and new builds across the Great Southern region of Western Australia.

About the Role

In this hands-on role, you will work across a variety of projects, from small-scale repairs and refurbishments to large commercial fit-outs and new home constructions. You'll be responsible for delivering workmanship of the highest standard, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.

Carry out repairs and maintenance to residential and commercial properties, including structural and non-structural works.

Undertake carpentry works for new build projects, renovations, and extensions.

Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Liaise with supervisors, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

About You:

Trade-qualified carpenter with proven industry experience

Current Working at Heights certification required

Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in residential and commercial carpentry

Strong skills in all aspects of carpentry, including framing, fixing, decking, and fit-outs.

Experience in both residential and commercial environments.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

A current WA driver's license, White Card, and own tools are essential.

Must have reliable transport to access various work sites across the Great Southern region

Must pass police background check for commercial site access
