About the Position

This organization is a growing residential developer and builder operating in 2 states. The business has invested a large amount of capital and has purchased a number of their own land projects to ensure their business increases by another 30% this year.They have a number of their own exclusive land development projects and operate across both investment detached housing and medium-density construction.

About the Position

The Business Development Manager position is responsible for driving business selling stock in SoutheastQld and NSW through marketing channels. Duties will include:

Identifying business relationship opportunities and developing strategies

Nurturing relationships with existing marketing groups within the company

Building relationships through new referral partner networks and business partners

Generate strong sales activity

Contribute to land sourcing initiatives

Skills and Experience

3 years minimum experience in an investment sales role dealing with marketing groups

Marketing channel partner relationships essential in-house and land

Strong sales aptitude and relationship-building skills

Strong organisation and administration skills

Self-motivated, pro-active
