About the role:

We’re seeking a creative and driven marketing coordinator to join a commercial property sales and leasing team. This role is perfect for someone with a flair for design, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for producing high-quality marketing materials that make an impact.

Duties:

Design engaging marketing collateral using Canva, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and proposals

Coordinate and execute property marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms

Manage property listings on online portals and keep content up to date

Liaise with agents, photographers, and external suppliers to ensure timely campaign delivery

Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance to optimise future marketing efforts

The skills and experience required for this role:

Minimum 1 year experience in property marketing (commercial or residential)

Proficient in Canva with a strong eye for design and attention to detail

Knowledge of digital marketing channels and property listing platforms

Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously

Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
