The Role

We are seeking therapists to join our team to provide services to both our metro and regional clients.

The business will consider applicants seeking full-time or part-time employment.

You will be part of a highly functioning clinical and administrative team. Whilst being able to work and communicate effectively within a team, you will also be able to work autonomously. You will have strong problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills. Practical experience in home modifications, equipment prescription, and/or the rehabilitation process is desirable.

Regular professional development sessions are on us; these are a mix of in-house, external providers, and paid external events!

Enjoy a varied caseload.

Your clinical work will be supported by advanced digital software platforms and our skilled administration team.

For therapists interested in assisting with our regional roles, you will be fortunate enough to gain experience in a rural location but not miss out on the culture and supervision of a metro role, with a mixed metro and rural caseload.

Regional roles are available on a drive-in/fly-in/fly-out basis.

New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
