Join a well-established civil and demolition contractor with 30+ years in the industry.

With a large fleet of tools, plants, and equipment, we’re looking for a hands-on Plant and Equipment Mechanic to keep things running smoothly.

The Role:

Service, maintain, and repair a wide range of equipment, including:

Small petrol, diesel, electric and pneumatic tools (quick cut, and ring saws, jackhammers, etc.)

Diesel compressors and generators

Mobile plant—bobcats, watercarts, and a small fleet of 7x excavators.

Other duties include:

Attending breakdowns (on-site when required)

Organising and running the workshop

Ordering parts and consumables

Supervising a Junior Mechanic/Trades Assistant

What We’re Looking For:

Solid mechanical experience (diesel, plant, or light vehicle backgrounds considered)

Knowledge of civil/demolition equipment listed above highly regarded.

Strong organisation, attention to detail and communication skills

Safety-focused with a proactive attitude

Current driver’s licence (forklift/HR license is a bonus)
