SUREFOOT WA

Surefoot WA is a family-owned company and the only supplier of the unique and innovative Surefoot Concrete Free Footings in Western Australia.

Surefoot footings simplify and speed up the construction process whilst eliminating the requirement for concrete footings, excavation, and removal of spoil from the site, with obvious cost and environmental benefits!

We are looking to employ a skilled lead installer with experience in the building and construction industry.

REMUNERATION

Circa 90k Base Salary (Depending on experience)

Work Vehicle Including Fuel

Working away allowances in the range of an additional 10k - 20k per year

Potential end-of-year bonuses

APPROX TOTAL PACKAGE—110k+++

REQUIREMENTS

Be a team player who is responsible, honest, neat, and tidy.

Experience competently using power tools.

Able to carry out basic tasks unsupervised.

Excellent Workshop Practices.

Willingness to travel overnight to country locations on occasion.

Must be physically fit due to the nature of the work.

Capable of working up to 40-50 hours a week in peak times.

Have a responsible attitude towards workplace HSE and DandA screening.

A self-starter who is motivated and can use initiative.

Current White Card.

A current manual driver's license is essential, with reliable transport to travel to our factory in Yangebup.

National Police Clearance or willing to obtain one.

A forklift license is desirable but not essential.

Familiarity with the building industry will be highly regarded.

ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Liaison (on-site point of contact and/or ability for professional interaction with clients and the public)

Site set out, ensuring accuracy with required levels.

Using a jackhammer to drive Surepiles through the Surefoot cap.

Use of power tools and hand tools with skill.

General tradesman-like level of workmanship and finishing.

Troubleshooting with the project manager.

General warehouse tasks.
