About Us:
RIGCOM is an industry-leading service provider in the height safety, rope access, and wind turbine maintenance markets. With offices in Sydney, Canberra, and Melbourne, RIGCOM employs over 150 people and is seeking a dynamic recruitment specialist with the ability to perform project administration support to the wind services team.
Job Overview:
As the Recruitment Specialist for our wind energy services division, you will be responsible for identifying new talent to join our growing team, using a variety of platforms and mediums to attract talent locally and overseas to fulfill specialist roles in the division. Your role will be pivotal in continuing to promote RIGCOM as an employer of choice in the industry and expanding our technician talent pool.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, including a strong knowledge the the Australian visa and employer sponsorship process;
Knowledge: Working understanding of the rope access market, safety standards, and market dynamics and advantage. Strong knowledge of HR principles and Work Regulations;
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with staff and respond promptly to inquiries and attract the relevant talent to the organization. Strong attention to detail, a high level of organizational capabilities, and familiarity with all Microsoft Suite programs and HR management systems are an advantage. Experience using LinkedIn and other applications to attract talent is an advantage. Must have the capacity to multitask to work on several projects at once;
Education: Qualifications in HR, IR, or a related field are preferred, though relevant experience will not preclude applicants from consideration.
