The Position
To provide heavy plant operations and laboring assistance to relevant crews and other AlburyCity work groups, including assisting with operational works as required.

Qualifications and experience
Class C (standard) Driver’s Licence (compulsory to have and maintain)
Proven competency in Excavator Operations
Construction Induction Card
Workcover Authority Licence for Excavators
Medium Rigid (MR) or Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver's License
Relevant experience working in a civil construction environment
Road signage experience
Tasks and responsibilities
General excavator operations in civil construction works.
Heavy plant operations for civil crews, including earthworks, drainage works, water works, and pavement construction.
Maintain the plant in a clean and serviceable condition.
Ensure all routine plant maintenance is carried out and weekly service reports are completed.
Drive and operate the plant in accordance with AlburyCity’s WHS Policies and Procedures and best practice.
Hour
Based on a 38-hour week, with actual days and times being 7:00am to 4:00pm (these times may vary due to operational requirements), Monday to Friday, with an RDO in accordance with AlburyCity’s RDO guidelines.
