This role is to work on high-profile mid-market transactions, including:

Mergers & acquisitions (public & private)

General corporate and commercial advisory

Reviewing and drafting a range of commercial contracts

Equity capital markets (ECM) transactions

Joint ventures & strategic alliances

IPOs and secondary capital raisings

Due diligence & Drafting reports

The team handles both domestic and cross-border deals, providing exposure to sophisticated legal work and the chance to collaborate with top-tier clients.

We’re looking for a motivated and skilled corporate lawyer to join this high-performing team. The ideal candidate will bring:

3+ years’ PAE in front-end corporate law (open to lawyers with up to 7 years’ experience)

Proven experience in M&A and business transactions, due diligence and contract drafting

A proactive mindset, wanting to work in a mid-size team.
