Your Role:

As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll be working closely with our Property Managers, helping manage a portfolio of residential properties. Your key responsibilities may include:

Assisting with routine inspections and condition reports

Coordinating repairs and maintenance with tradespeople

Liaising with tenants and landlords to resolve enquiries

Preparing lease agreements and documentation

Supporting arrears management and tenancy renewals

Administrative tasks related to property management

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or working towards)

Current Australian Driver’s Licence

Experience in real estate/property management is desirable but not essential
