Position Overview:

We’re looking for a confident and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wears multiple hats with ease. This hybrid role blends front-desk reception, office management, and marketing coordination to support our agents and keep the office running smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, manage key administrative functions, and help execute creative marketing campaigns that elevate the HEAVYSIDE brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception and Client Services

Greet clients and guests in a professional and friendly manner

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries

Maintain a welcoming and polished front office environment

Office Management

Oversee daily office operations and supplies

Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications

Support onboarding of new agents and staff

Liaise with vendors and service providers

Marketing Coordination

Coordinate listing marketing and create campaign artwork (brochures, signboards, online listings)

Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content

Update online portals and manage property marketing assets

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Real Estate reception, office management, or marketing

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficiency with Realhub and Microsoft Office Suite

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools preferred

A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
