Location of work: ***ACT, NSW, VIC, QLD with Flexible Work Arrangement***

Length of contract: Initial contract up to 30 June 2025 with two 12-month extensions

Security clearance: Must be Australian citizen and able to get baseline security clearance.

Essential criteria: Holds a Pega Business Architect certification and 3+ years experience working as a Pega Senior/Lead Business Architect/Analyst on Pega Platform and/or Cloud Pega Platforms.

Demonstrated experience in applying the agile delivery methodology, including the use of project management and delivery management tools, whilst delivering large and complex IT system solutions

Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, and design transformative solutions using design thinking principles and techniques

Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, together with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementations

Ability to drive design and documentation best practices to ensure consistency and reusability when delivering IT system solutions

Strong coaching/mentoring experience in requirements gathering, including the ability to coach a team of business analysts to drive efficiency and quality delivery

Desirable criteria: Strong understanding of Pega methodologies and design concepts highly desirable.

Demonstrated experience with Business Process Management (BPM) and cloud-native technologies.

Ability to lead a team of business analysts to drive efficiency and quality delivery, including the ability to conduct design review self-assessments and peer assessments.
