We're looking for an experienced Workday Analyst to support the stabilization phase of our Workday implementation. You'll work closely with our Workday specialists to manage defects, data, and day-to-day support, helping ensure our system runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Triage and resolve Workday issues, using defect tracker in SharePoint
Manage AMS tickets and work directly with the vendor on fixes
Test AMS solutions before sign-off to ensure quality outcomes
Support data analysis and correction activities within Workday
Provide insights and advice on issues handed over by the product owner.
Handle administrative tasks such as logging tickets, managing emails, and tracking testing activity
Key Requirements:
Extensive Workday experience, ideally across Core HCM (Payroll, absence, or recruiting is a plus)
Previous experience working with an vendor
Strong skills in defect triage, resolution, and testing
Comfortable working with data—analyzing, correcting, and validating
Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to balance multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
