About the Role

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled multimedia specialist who can bring ideas to life across websites, animations, and interactive media. If you have strong design skills, proven development experience, and a portfolio of professional projects, this is your chance to join a collaborative team working on diverse, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development—Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and CMS platforms.

Multimedia and Animation—Create and integrate motion graphics, video clips, banners, and interactive features for marketing and eLearning.

Design and UX/UI—Develop high-quality visual assets and contribute to user experience planning, ensuring design consistency across platforms.

Optimization—Ensure multimedia and web content is cross-browser/device compatible and optimized for performance.

Collaboration—Work closely with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and to a high professional standard.

Skills and Experience

Minimum 3 years professional experience in multimedia design and front-end web development.

Strong portfolio with at least 5 completed projects (must be submitted with application).

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator).

Hands-on experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks.

Ability to produce cross-platform multimedia content (web, mobile, interactive).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.

Qualifications

Diploma (or higher) in Information Technology, Multimedia, or Digital Media.

Applicants without formal qualifications may still be considered if they demonstrate exceptional professional experience and portfolio evidence.

Desirable:

Experience with eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Animate).

Familiarity with Git/version control or frameworks such as React.js.

Knowledge of SEO basics, Google Analytics, or accessibility standards.
