About the Role
As a field officer, you will provide essential administrative and data entry support to the program. This is a casual role where you will work closely with the team to maintain accurate records, manage documents and correspondence, and ensure smooth delivery of office-based operations. You will need strong attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously under direction, and excellent organizational skills.
We are seeking field officers for the multiple locations across Queensland:
Wacol
Laidley
Mutdapilly
Burleigh
Caboolture
Boonah
Beaudesert
Duties and Responsibilities
Data entry and error checking in departmental databases
Filing and maintaining accurate electronic records
Distributing mail, monitoring generic inboxes, and general office administration (printing, photocopying, collating)
Assisting with site, facilities, and equipment organisation
Supporting event coordination and user testing under direction
Providing basic research notes
Responding to internal and external enquiries by phone or in person
Contributing as part of a multi-disciplinary team and assisting colleagues where required
Skills and Experience
Previous administration experience preferred
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to follow guidelines and work effectively under direction
Ability to work outdoors
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with office-based IT systems and databases
