We’re seeking a Customer Care Maintenance Manager to lead the post-handover experience, ensuring projects continue to meet the highest standards during the Defects Liability Period (DLP). This role is about problem-solving, building trust, and driving quality outcomes.
You will take ownership of
Manage defect rectification from handover through to end of DLP
Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams for timely, quality outcomes
Act as the main contact for clients, strata, and building managers
Represent the company in meetings and maintain strong relationships
Track, report, and analyse defect trends to improve future builds
What You’ll Bring
Experience in aftercare, maintenance, or customer care for construction
OR background as a Site Supervisor with defect experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Solution-focused mindset and attention to detail
Tech-savvy; Procore or Aconex knowledge is a plus
