About Us:

Set amongst our vegetable gardens on the grounds of the former Coogee Hotel, our culinary philosophy revolves around the experience of fresh, garden-to-plate dining.

We bake, ferment, pickle, and preserve; we celebrate local and choose responsibly; and we love food, wine, and hospitality!

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and curious bar and restaurant supervisor to join our management team and champion our food and beverage offering.

What we're looking for:

Experience in leading a service team with a hands-on approach

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

A love of the adrenaline of a fast-paced working environment

Working knowledge of premium food, spirits, beers, wine, and cocktails

A creative approach to creating exceptional experiences

What you'll bring:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment

A strong knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails

Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

Be comfortable behind a coffee machine

Familiarity with classic cocktails and beverage preparation

Availability to work most Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
