Job Description
Key responsibilities
Reporting to the Quotes & Orders Manager, liaising with the Sales team, and steering the Dispatch team, this hands-on role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing plant stock for orders, records administration, and coordination of incoming and outgoing greenlife stock.
Additional general nursery duties may include weeding, watering, grounds maintenance, and using trade equipment.
The position is full-time, working a five-day Monday to Friday roster.
Plantmark offers a four-week induction and training program, with face-to-face learning and online courses presenting a roadmap for success in the role.
Forklift training will be provided, which includes theoretical and practical components necessary to obtain a forklift license.

Effective communicator across a varied group of individuals

Forklift licence holder or be willing to undertake training

Plant knowledge
Supervisory experience or aspirations
Applicants must also be capable of performing regular heavy lifting tasks and be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
