To lead this exciting transition, we are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Store Manager to join our team.

You’re Role:

Lead and motivate our team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets in our newly relocated The Block Arcade store.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring store standards of presentation, product knowledge, and customer engagement.

Maintain impeccable visual merchandising reflecting La Perle's luxury brand image.

Manage inventory, sales data, and stock replenishment efficiently.

Train, develop, and mentor sales associates to foster a motivated and professional team.

Build strong relationships with customers, offering expert advice and personalized service.

Drive business growth through strategic initiatives and community engagement.

Uphold La Perle's reputation for excellence, integrity, and outstanding customer experience.

What We Are Looking For:

A minimum of 2+ years' experience managing a jewelry or luxury retail store, with a proven track record of achieving sales and operational goals.

Deep passion and knowledge of jewelry, especially pearls and fine jewelry.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a professional appearance.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by shopping centre trading hours.

Commitment to upholding the premium standards and reputation of La Perle.

Must have the legal right to work in Australia and be available for full-time employment including weekends and public holidays.

Experience with POS systems, rostering software, and basic financial reporting including wage control and loss prevention management.
