About the Role
Canterbury Hospital is committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our local community, focused on patient- and family-centered care.
The purpose of this role is to provide a high standard of administrative support and customer service to the Arthritis and Osteoporosis Centre, an outpatient facility of Canterbury Hospital. This role provides support to a variety of clinics within the center with both front-line and back-office components, with a focus on delivering SLHD’s commitment to patient- and family-centered care.

Ideal Candidate
Demonstrated experience providing phone and face-to-face customer service in a high-volume client setting with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience in using an extensive client database registration system, preferably in a health/medical setting.
Experience working within a team to meet high-volume customer-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Understanding of Medical Billing Requirements.
