About Us
At Social Behavioural Health (SBH), we deliver bespoke Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services across Melbourne, supporting individuals with complex and challenging behaviors. Our ethos is rooted in holism, innovation, and presuming competency in every participant. We focus on empowering individuals and those around them to view behaviors through a needs-based lens, encouraging fresh perspectives that foster growth and meaningful change.
The Role
Full-time (5 days) with flexibility and achievable KPIs of 25 billable hours per week. Our hybrid model includes participant visits across metro Melbourne (schools, homes, SDAs, hospitals, and justice settings), 1–2 office days in Hawthorn, plus work-from-home flexibility. You’ll manage your own caseload, deliver person-centered behavior support, and collaborate with a supportive, growth-oriented team.

About You
You’re a compassionate, curious, and innovative behavior support practitioner who wants to make meaningful change.
NQSC-registered (Core+ minimum)
Minimum bachelor's qualification in psychology, counseling, or related field
At least 12 months’ experience in behaviour support, mental health, or community services
Strong report-writing & communication skills
Full driver’s license and own car
WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening Check
Postgraduate qualification in psychology, OT, social work, or counseling is desirable.
