About the firm:

Our client is a boutique law firm with a small team of five, including two partners. They focus on property and finance matters across residential, commercial, industrial, and mining-related property; land subdivisions; stamp duty; and related commercial disputes. Their culture emphasizes quality client relationships, practical solutions, and a supportive workplace without billable hour targets.

What you’ll be doing:

• Advising on joint ventures and property development opportunities

• Acting for purchasers and vendors in residential, commercial, industrial and mining-related property transactions

• Assisting with land subdivisions and stamp duty requirements

• Supporting finance matters linked to property transactions

What you’ll bring:

• Admitted solicitor in Victoria with 1–3 years PQE in property law

• Experience in front-end commercial property matters highly advantageous

• Strong drafting, research and communication skills

• A collaborative, client-oriented approach
