Beon Media is a fast-growing creative and social media marketing agency based in Sydney, specializing in high-end content creation across real estate, property, lifestyle, hospitality, and automotive. We create cinematic video, bold brand campaigns, and social-first content for some of the most ambitious businesses in Australia.

We’re looking for a full-time videographer to join our team and help us push creative boundaries while delivering high-quality, story-driven work.

The Role

Shooting on-location across Sydney (and occasionally interstate)

Capturing lifestyle, property, interview, and social-driven content

Working closely with the creative team to execute briefs in a polished, cinematic style

Thinking on your feet to adapt quickly to different environments and shoots

Drone experience is required

What We’re Looking For

Strong technical foundation with cameras, lighting, and sound

A keen eye for framing, composition, and storytelling

Ability to think fast, problem-solve, and pivot under pressure

Experience shooting for social, property, or lifestyle content

Collaborative but also confident, working independently

Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve—color, edits, and finishing—is a must
