Pinchos Bar de Tapas is looking for a passionate, experienced chef to join our dynamic kitchen team! Whether you're after a casual, part-time, or full-time role, this is your chance to work in a venue that celebrates culture, creativity & incredible food.
We're an award-winning Spanish tapas bar located in the heart of Leederville, and for the past 12 years, we've been serving bold, consistent, high-quality Spanish cuisine—and we're proud of the vibrant, multicultural team that brings it to life.
About the Role:
As a chef at Pinchos, you'll play a key role in delivering classic Spanish dishes like pintxos, paella, tortilla & croquetas, whilst also having the creative freedom to explore new menu ideas that keep things fresh and vibrant—all whilst helping to uphold the reputation we've built over more than a decade.
You'll work across all sections of the kitchen during busy services, alongside a tight-knit team in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Skills & Experience:
4+ years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and quality-first dishes
Solid understanding of kitchen operations, prep, hygiene, and section work
Experience with Spanish or Mediterranean cuisine is highly desirable
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, leadership, and a commitment to team success
Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
Understanding & delivery of key kitchen numbers and being involved with ordering, rostering and the like to achieve business expectations
